Biography

Sarah Walker is an experienced screen and stage actress currently residing in Melbourne, Australia. Since the age of 11, she has had an avid interest in the dramatic art - her first major role was during a 2-year intensive (Academy of Television), where she played a supporting character - Ian Inept in 'The Great Tram Robbery'. 

 

Throughout highschool Sarah completed her VCE theatre studies and VCE drama electives, while also undertaking five years with the Adlib Entertainment Production Class (2008-2012) where she had roles throughout all of their productions - Don Juan (Much Ado About Nothing, 2012), Tituba (The Crucible, 2012), Fabian (Twelfth Night, 2011) and Eugeus (Midsummer Nights Dream, 2011) - along with other characters from contemporary works. 

 

Sarah has also completed her Certificate IV and Diploma in Screen & Media at Footscray City Films, where she developed a passion for directing, writing and film-making. She also undertook her most notable role-to-date, Imogen Whiteman in The Shephard (2011). 

 

Her dedication to raw and engaging characterisation has been further developed through her psychological studies at a Melbourne University, which allows her to undertake any challenge presented. Her resiliance and 'no boundaries' attitude shows through in every role she undertakes, and she is well-known for her reliability, passion and commitment.

 

Currently she is represented by Bold Artist Management, and she aims to continue her studies in psychology, while committing herself to her creative endeavours.
